In the height of World War 2, a wounded German soldier flees an ambush only to find himself being reluctantly cared for by a mysterious French woman.

Occupied France, 1942. German soldier Freidrich is ambushed and injured while on a scouting mission and finds shelter in a local farmhouse. However, the farmhouse’s owner, French woman Gisette, is not happy to find an enemy soldier on her doorstep.
